To celebrate...

the Queen's Birthday (yes, we are still a part of the "Empire"!) it's a long weekend here in Sydney. So today I leave you with a salute to all things British -

Winston Bulldog Union Jack cushion, Union jack "Big Match" chair, British cotton Union Jack 1950s vintage bunting, Jan Constantine Love Heart Union Jack mug and Union jack tin lunchbox

I am giving myself an early mark and heading out with the family to Vivid - should be good!

Hope your weekend is blessed with an abundance of -

How very, very patriotic of you! A reminder of the Empire upon which the sun would never set. We were lied to!!

  5. Hope you had a lovely weekend Stephie! We had the queen visiting Ireland just a short while ago and it was a great success...even tho I had practised my curtsey, I still didn't get to show it off to her..how very disappointing!!

  6. Hello everyone! I don't know where this week has gone, let alone the weekend although it did involve tea and biscuits so all was not lost.

I think we were well and truly lied to Jane and Lance:)

Sorry you didn't get to curtsey Martina. I think you will just have to head off to London and knock on the palace gates!

Talk soon and it's always good to hear from you all. Hugs, Stephie x
